Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition.

  • Certified coins (PCGS/NGC) must be returned in their original, unaltered holders.

  • Bullion products (e.g., silver/gold rounds, bars, and coins sold by weight) are non-refundable due to market fluctuations.

  • Custom orders or special requests are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 31 days of receiving your order.

  1. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions before sending your item back.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable, insured method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • A restocking fee (0–5%) may apply to certain high-value or sensitive items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Precious metal bullion (due to market price volatility)

  • Opened, tampered, or removed slabs from graded coins

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Custom coin packaging or accessories
